Michael & Molly's SDE

Molly was really nervous about the weather last Friday. When we met her at the salon and I told her that there were beautiful blue skies outside she just kept asking, "Are you serious?"

The whole day turned out to be beautiful and we were excited for this day for quite a while. The ceremony took place at one of our favorite churches and we were working with one of our favorite photographers and one the best DJs in the business.

Scott & Michelle's Same Day Edit

Yesterday we had the privilege of capturing Scott and Michelle's big day. Although the forecast called for rain the weather turned out to be beautiful.

It is always fun to hear the reaction to a Same Day Edit. Even more so when the SDE comes after a photo montage. Everyone loves photo montages. There were a lot of "Oooohhhs" and "Aaaahhhhs" and loads of laughter as Scott and Michelle's pictures came up on the screen. Every single guest, all 250, had gathered on the dance floor to watch it unfold. As the montage neared its last picture I saw Michelle's smile get wider and wider.

Friday's Favorites - Chipotle

Most times if you ask people about their favorite restaurant, the answer will have a French sounding name. It will be rated "five stars" with well known chefs, and hard to pronounce dishes with ingredients that only culinary institute graduates (and Susy) will be familiar with.

For me, it's Chipotle.

I was introduced to this glorious culinary delight about 5 years ago in Cincinnati by my friend Justin Golden.
